Volunteer

FAMILY CONCERT ACTIVITIES VOLUNTEER: Assist with pre-concert activities for children and families prior to LSO’s two family concerts. This includes face painting, crafts, games, and helping kids try musical instruments at our instrument petting zoo. 12-15 volunteers needed for each concert.

OFFICE ASSISTANT: Help full-time staff with large tasks such as bulk mailings and data entry. Volunteers needed year-round during regular business hours.

MUSIC LIBRARY ASSISTANT: Assist the Orchestra Manager with music preparation, bowings, and scanning and copying of music. Volunteers typically needed 4-6 weeks prior to each concert. Music experience preferred.

SPECIAL EVENTS: Attend LSO’s annual fundraising gala to assist with the silent auction.
